About us

WiM Virginia is dedicated to supporting, promoting, and inspiring women pursuing a career in the manufacturing industry. Our leadership council is comprised of representatives from the Virginia Manufacturers Association's member companies. These women are responsible for programming oversight in four key areas: Mentoring, Professional & Youth Outreach, Professional Development, and Events and Community Engagement. We are the Virginia state affiliate of Women in Manufacturing®.
