WiM-Virginia is dedicated to supporting, promoting and inspiring women who are pursuing or have chosen a career in the manufacturing industry. Our Leadership Council, made up of representatives from VMA member companies, is responsible for programming oversight in four key areas:

• Professional Development
• Events and Community Engagement

We are the Virginia state affiliate of Women in Manufacturing®.
